1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to Vyvo Store, account registration and purchases made through the storefront. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the version of these terms presented to you at that time.
If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current information and keep access to your email account secure. Your Partner ID is used to associate the store account with the relevant partner profile.
You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session. Contact the store operator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Review the complete order summary before confirming payment.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted when the storefront confirms successful payment and creates the order. If an item becomes unavailable or an evident pricing error occurs, the payment will not be captured or the affected amount will be refunded.
4. Payments and saved cards
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Vyvo Store does not receive or store full card numbers or CVC values.
Saving a card is optional and requires a separate explicit choice. Saved cards may be reused only for purchases you initiate while signed in and can be removed from your profile or checkout.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods, costs and estimates are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. The operator remains responsible for delivery as required by applicable consumer law.
6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Where European Union consumer law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. The period and procedure depend on whether the purchase concerns goods, services or digital content.
Any mandatory legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods, services or digital content remains unaffected. Return instructions and the applicable contact or return address must be provided with the order information.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use another person's identity or payment method without authorization. Accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, the operator or payment systems.
8. Intellectual property
The storefront, branding, text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the storefront for personal, lawful purchasing activity.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control or by misuse of the storefront.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future registrations and purchases. The version and last-updated date appear at the top of this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce mandatory rights attached to an accepted order.
Questions, withdrawal notices and complaints should be sent to the merchant contact shown below and in the relevant order communication.
